I could do a better job!

I was at the unemployment office today in Lexington, Kentucky and I must ask, "Who's running things there?" It really seems to me that people there work at their leisure. I saw one of the old dudes there taking a nap. What's up with that? I could so do a better job there. At least, I would take a nap during lunch time. By the way, it was way after lunch time when I had arrived there (after 3 p.m.).
